Niko measures usage in conversations, not individual messages. Each conversation can have as many back-and-forth messages as you need. If you get interrupted, your session stays open for 30 minutes so you can pick up where you left off.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays safe. You keep access to your assessment results. You just lose the Pro features until you subscribe again.
