Can I try cmpli before paying?
Yes. The Community tier is completely free, forever. Use it as long as you want and upgrade whenever you need more.
How do Niko conversations work?
Niko measures usage in conversations, not individual messages. Each conversation can have as many back-and-forth messages as you need. If you get interrupted, your session stays open for 30 minutes so you can pick up where you left off.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data stays safe. You won't be able to add beyond the lower tier's limits until you upgrade again. Nothing gets deleted.
Is my data secure?
Files are encrypted with AES-256, all connections use TLS, and we follow security best practices across the platform.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or small teams?

Can I add more clients beyond the tier limit?
Partner Standard supports up to 15 clients, Partner Premier up to 50. If you need more, reach out and we'll work something out.
Do my clients know I'm using a partner account?
Clients see the management link request from your organization. Once linked, you can view their workspace data and use the partner tools. They stay in control of their own account.
